Are all your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes, at Sam's Fragrance Shop, we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original manufacturers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your scent sooner.

What is your return policy for opened perfumes?

To maintain hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer fragrance samples or decants?

We currently sell official miniature sets and discovery boxes from select brands. We do not offer hand-poured decants at this time to ensure the integrity of the original formula.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

Keep your fragrances in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid storing them in bathrooms, as temperature fluctuations can break down the essential oils.
