At SAMS FRAGRANCE SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the item in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
